SUMMARY
First Day has partnered with the Department of Health Services (DHS) and their Housing for Health (HFH) Program to provide Interim Housing Services Stabilization (IHS) for eligible Los Angeles County DHS participants at the Pathway Home site in Santa Fe Springs until permanent housing placement is secured. First Day will facilitate access to temporary housing through referrals. Temporary housing may include, but is not limited to, county-funded Interim Housing Stabilization (IHS), Continuum of Care (CoC) crisis/bridge housing, privately funded shelters, motel vouchers, or other temporary housing opportunities. Whittier First Day will provide IHS Stabilization throughout the duration of participants' placement in temporary housing.
