SCHEDULE: FRIDAY-MONDAY
**Overview** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for supporting the daily needs of individuals with various disabilities, including developmental disabilities, dementia, and hospice care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you have a passion for caregiving and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** - Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist clients with medication administration and manage their medication schedules. - Prepare meals and snacks, as needed. - Support clients with mobility and assist with transfers and lifting, when necessary. - Encourage clients to maintain their independence by promoting their safety and well-being. - Engage in conversation and recreational activities to help clients maintain their mental and emotional health. - Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior. - Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. - Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times. **Experience** - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or hospice care. - Prior experience as a Caregiver or in a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Physical stamina to lift and move clients, if necessary. - Valid driver's license, if applicable. - Familiarity with medication administration and HIPAA regulations. **Skills** - Experience working with individuals with disabilities. - Knowledge of dementia care and hospice care. - Ability to lift and move clients, as needed. - Proficiency with medication administration. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Valid driver's license, if applicable.
