Job Title: Employment Benefits Case Builder- Employee Navigator SME
Location: Millersville, MD (Hybrid)

We take pride in providing accurate, efficient, and customized benefits enrollment experiences for employers and employees.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Employment Benefits Case Builder to support our clients by setting up and maintaining benefits enrollment cases. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and maintain benefits enrollment cases in Employee Navigator, Selerix, and Ease.
- Configure benefit plans, rates, eligibility rules, and carrier connections.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or system issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and carriers to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Manage case updates and changes during annual open enrollment and throughout the plan year.
- Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to optimize case-building processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Employee Navigator, Selerix, and/or Ease is required.
- 2 years of experience in benefits administration, case building, or a related role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
