As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to help us bring Whoa Dough to life at events across the country and grow our community of cookie dough lovers!
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Part-Time Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in planning and executing 6–10 trade shows annually, along with farmers markets and community events. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from logistics and materials to day-of execution and follow-up. In addition to event responsibilities, you will provide cross-functional administrative support to help keep our fast-paced team organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Trade Show Coordination:
- Plan and manage logistics for 6–10 trade shows per year, plus farmers markets and local events
- Handle travel arrangements, booth setup, and shipping of materials
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all events
- Order and manage inventory of event materials and product samples
- Support with post-event follow-ups and reporting
- Provide cross-functional administrative support across the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Attend in-person events as needed
