Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

OPPORTUNITY:
Whole Child Therapy seeks a full time supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing first class interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder from 2 to 21 years of age. The BCBA assesses, designs, and oversees ABA services, including supervising behavior technicians (BT’s). The BCBA is responsible for the development, implementation, ongoing evaluation, and maintenance of treatment plans to ensure they are maximally effective.

What we need from you:
Position requirements:
- Conduct functional, behavioral, and other assessments and write assessment reports
- Design and implement individual treatment/behavioral plans
- Create programs and teaching plans using computer software
- Provide supervision to BT's
- Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling
- Provide parent training
- Travel to clients' homes as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Required Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 8-hour supervision course
- Expertise in designing and implementing ABA programs
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and training parents on implementing ABA techniques.
- Proficient at conducting assessments
- Skilled at writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Creative and organized
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, clean driving record, and reliable means of transportation
- Flexible schedule
- This position requires a criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
Bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, turning, twisting, standing for extended periods, reaching, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
