Duties and Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes, tarts, and other pastry items using a variety of techniques, including piping, painting, and sculpting.
- Develop and implement new cake designs and ideas to stay ahead of customer trends and preferences.
- Collaborate with our bakery team to ensure seamless production and delivery of high-quality products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our strict safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience.
- Complete the Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience within a professional bakery or grocery retail preferred.
