Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Produce team with receiving and preparing product, maintaining the Produce floor and displays, and selling product in support of WFM standards.
- Break down deliveries and stock shelves to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Assist Team Leaders in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
- Monitor and prevent spoilage, communicating waste to buyers and Team Leaders.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising and suggestive selling techniques.
