PASSIONATE AND DRIVEN. A genuine love and passion for working with children is a must-have for working at Whole Kids Academy! Teaching young children is demanding work but our passion drives our mission and the joy we receive from doing it. Additionally, we have the drive it takes to go the extra mile in making a positive impact for others.

WARM, KIND AND EMPATHETIC. We are known for our particularly warm and loving community. We are a school that truly cares about each and every member of our community. We are huggers, we are nurturing, we listen to understand and provide empathy, and we take action to make a difference. We are a glass half-full kind of community that practices the art of gratitude and works to find the silver lining.

PRACTICE COURAGE AND INTEGRITY. You’ll be relied upon again and again to use good judgement and do the right thing over what’s easy, convenient or comfortable. We are looking for leaders, mentors and professionals in their field to serve as role models to our team, our children and the community we serve.

HUMBLE AND A TEAM PLAYER. We make an effort to demonstrate gratitude and appreciation for the people and opportunities presented by our school and community. A STRONG COMMUNICATOR. We hold a high bar for communication with children, parents and team members alike; after all, it’s what keeps us connected. We expect clear, kind, thoughtful and consistent written and verbal communication. Additionally, team members are expected to use discretion, poise and good judgement when communicating with impressionable children, parents who live for them and team members too.
