We are Seeking:

1. NY LMSW Therapists:

• We provide high-quality clinical supervision for LMSW clinical trainees.
• Clinical supervisors offer valuable feedback, encouragement, and guidance to help trainees develop their unique therapeutic style.

2. NY LCSW Therapists:

• Independently licensed clinical social workers can work in a comfortable and supported environment. You have the autonomy to set your hours and determine the demographics of your client caseload. Administrative staff assist in connecting you with clients aligned with your style and specialty. You will have the opportunity to supervise MSW interns and LMSW employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive mental and behavioral health diagnostic evaluations.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions with individuals, families, and children.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy with a minimum caseload of 10 clinical encounters weekly and a maximum of 30.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes.
• Actively participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to organizational growth strategies.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinical trainees (LCSWs).

Requirements:

• New York State LMSW or LCSW licensure.
• Demonstrated understanding of CBT and other evidence-based psychotherapy or behavioral parent training interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
