Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

Wholehearted Healing Collective is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) to provide clinical supervision of LSW/LACs. Preferred candidates would hold a small caseload of clients, as well.

It is our intention to create a workplace culture of connection, collaboration, and creativity. Therapists in private practice often mention how isolating of a job it can be with a full schedule of working solo with individual clients. At Wholehearted Healing Collective, we offer all of our clinicians opportunities to collaborate with fellow clinicians in organizing and planning team-building events, outreach projects, and/or developing innovative programs that meet the needs of our clients or the local community.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly compensation for 1:1 clinical supervision
• Hourly compensation for individual, couples, and family sessions (if interested in doing so)
• Generous compensation for groups, workshops, and time spent attending to outreach, program development & marketing, and other administrative responsibilities (if interested in doing so)
• Peer/group supervision: Offered weekly for all clinicians
• Location/Telehealth: This position offers the possibility for a hybrid schedule.

Pay: $65.00 - $120.00 per hour
