ELECTRICAL INSIDE SALES

Position Overview: The Electrical Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential.
• Customer Engagement:
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sales metrics, lead progress, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the electrical or industrial sector.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or customer support role.
• Basisc understanding of electrical systems, products and industry standards

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of electrical products and solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
