Collection Specialist for Accounts Receivable - Wholesale Express

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts by phone and email, to discuss payment options and negotiate settlements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
  
  
  

Customer Relations:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage cooperation and facilitate the resolution of outstanding balances
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in finance or related field is a plus
• Account collection experience is preferred (1 Year)
• Solid Accounts Receivable experience needed
• Strong accounting background
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Energetic, Positive and Upbeat personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
• Intermediate computer skills including extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to pass a detailed background check
• Knowledge of/Experience with Intact Accounting Software a big plus!
