Claims and Complaint Administrator

As the Claims and Complaint Administrator, you will oversee the entire claims process, working closely with our dealers and carriers to ensure seamless resolution. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing and managing complaints received from both carriers and dealers.

Responsibilities:

• Carrier 411 Compliance Administration
• Entering New and Updating Existing Claims
• Follow Up on Claims Inquiries from Dealers and Carriers
• 1170 Account Reconciliation
• Manage Damages Payments and Adjustments
• Manage Carrier Setup
• Research and Address Carrier Compliance Issues
• Dealer Certificate Holder Request Processing for Insurance
• Filing Claims with Insurance Companies

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with with many different personalities to get the job done in a timely, professional manner
• Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks and perform in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
• Working knowledge of MS office software - MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and the Google Suite of products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work harmoniously and effectively with others
• Must possess excellent problem resolution skills and be relatable with line level employees as well as management
