Logistics Coordinator

A Miami, Florida flower importer and distributor with several locations on the East Coast is seeking a full-time, qualified professional to join our team. Your experience will greatly contribute to our logistics success, and there is a great opportunity for growth. In an office setting

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Purchase Order generation
• Efficient and accurate data entry of orders
• Inventory management and fulfillment
• Route orders to designated locations
• Ordering new stock and products as needed to meet business needs
• Analyzing sales data and inventory requirements to help make decisions and improve inventory management
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence from clients, suppliers, and customers
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Success working in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Attention to detail
• 50 WPM minimum
• Organized and Efficient
• High school diploma
• Customer service
• Floral knowledge is a plus but not required

Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Alternating Saturdays, 8am-12pm (every 3 weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
