Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside / Outside Sales position located in Dayton, TX. Are you a driven and outgoing sales professional with a knack for building relationships? Do you have experience with outbound sales calls and a background in the septic, aerobic, or wastewater industry?
Make Outbound Sales Calls – Proactively reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Build Relationships – Engage with contractors, service providers, and industry professionals.
Manage the Sales Pipeline – Track prospects, schedule follow-ups, and close deals.
Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue through consistent outreach and relationship-building.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience – Outbound sales, B2B, call center and outside sales experience preferred.
Excellent Communication – Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Industry Knowledge – Experience in the septic, aerobic, or wastewater industry is a plus.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Driven to succeed and meet/exceed sales targets.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software and tracking sales performance. The Inside / Outside Sales professional will be responsible for managing customer accounts with a heavy focus on developing new accounts, and nurturing relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks will include field service activities, customer consultations, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients. The role requires a high degree of interaction with customers and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the industry is a plus
