Job Description:
We are searching for an outgoing and knowledgeable Inside Tire Salesperson. The successful candidate will have a natural understanding of how to treat customers and employees in order to promote a positive experience for both. A strong work ethic and desire to succeed is top priority in this position. Prior knowledge of the tire industry is desired.
Job Duties:
- Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
- Achieve sales objectives
- Ensure a positive and beneficial customer experience
- Perform processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the tire industry
- 3 years of previous sales experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Ablility to function in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
