You understand that true sales success comes from education, engagement, and expansion, and you're eager to champion our mission of demystifying complexity and creating lasting impact for our clients.Your Role & ImpactAs an Inside Sales & Account Management Strategist, you'll play a critical role in : Supporting Partner Sales Efforts : Work closely with our partners to identify opportunities, co-sell solutions, and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed. Educating Partners on Empowerment Services : Help our partners understand how UnleashU's Empowerment Services enable their customers to thrive-not just through support, but by building self-sufficient teams and knowledge-driven organizations. Expanding Within Partner Relationships : Strengthen existing relationships, identifying ways to increase engagement and deepen collaboration with key partners. Developing New Partner Relationships : Identify and engage potential new partners, expanding our reach and creating mutually beneficial opportunities. Supporting Current Partners & Customers : Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partners and customers are leveraging our services effectively and are continuously finding new value. Assisting Direct Sales Efforts (As Time Allows) : While your primary focus will be on partner relationships, you'll also support direct sales efforts as capacity allows, driving additional revenue streams.What You Bring 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or partner sales, preferably within a B2B or technology-driven environment. A consultative approach to sales-you're not just selling a service; you're empowering partners to succeed. Strong communication & relationship-building skills-you know how to engage, educate, and expand relationships at all levels. A growth mindset-you're curious, always learning, and excited to uncover new opportunities. A passion for problem-solving-you see challenges as opportunities and enjoy working with partners to develop creative solutions.
