EXPERIENCED MEAT CUTTER . This position can be 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week, your choice.

DAYLIGHT HOURS

We have immediate openings for experienced meat cutters. Must be able to butcher larger pieces of beef into retail trade items (chuck rolls into boneless chuck steaks, delmonico steaks and stew pieces. Must be able to piece top and bottom rounds, shoulder clods, short loins, lamb shoulders, etc.)

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Our Market is open 8;00am-5:00pm. We're closed 6 major holidays, and we close at 5:00pm each day, so you can enjoy this time with family and friends. Scheduled hours would be between the hours of 6:00am-5:15pm

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
• Package meat products for display and sale, maintaining freshness and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the butchery area, adhering to health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food production.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
