How You will Make an Impact
π£οΈ Assist with routine HR projects such as new hire orientation, compliance, time off request handling, and employee benefits
π Develop and improve HR policies throughout the organization and ensure the right execution
π€ Contribute to recruiting through interview coordination, talent sourcing, career fair preparation and moderation, and improving the overall recruiting process
π Prepare company-wide events and company-provided lunch ordering
ποΈ conduct purchase orders, inventory management, vendor relations, and day-to-day office management tasks
βοΈ Assist with the day-to-day business such as invoicing, bookkeeping, billing, reconciliation, etc
π Create a positive and collaborative company culture
π οΈ Perform additional administrative duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process
