Responsibilities
Manage hotel reservations including handling inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
Engage with guests through phone email and inperson interactions to assist with reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
Facilitate smooth checkin and checkout experiences for guests addressing any special requests or concerns.
Process reservations collect payment information and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
Promote additional services like room upgrades dining options and spa treatments to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Assist guests regarding general inquiries directions and information about local attractions and services.
Address and resolve guest issues or concerns about reservations billing or service quality.
Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers.
