Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations, including handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
- Engage with guests through phone, email, and in-person interactions to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Process reservations, collect payment information, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
- Promote additional services like room upgrades, dining options, and spa treatments to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Assist guests regarding general inquiries, directions, and information about local attractions and services.
- Address and resolve guest issues or concerns about reservations, billing, or service quality.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers.
