We are hiring Front Desk Coordinators to improve our growing team. The position works in our comfortable, relaxing, spa-like, storefront location in premium retail locations.
The Front desk coordinator job is a unique, low-stress job that assists in servicing upscale health and wellness clients.
Job Responsibilities
● Provide superior customer service to all our clients and members.
● Understanding all our services and offerings to promote membership sales.
● Represent the facility in a professional manner.
● Prepare the facility for the client’s arrival.
● Assist in projects, marketing, and events as needed.

Compensation:
As a front desk coordinator you will receive your base hourly pay along with:
● Commission from membership sales
● Monthly bonuses for hitting important membership goals

Requirements
- Proficiency in phone systems operation
- Strong proofreading skills to maintain accuracy in communications
- Efficient typing skills for data entry tasks
- Computer literacy to handle electronic files and documents
- Experience with clerical duties and organization
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Previous experience in sales or as a medical receptionist or clerk is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

- 8 hour shift
