As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

- You will participate in every stage of the financial planning process – including initial fact-finding, creating and execution of holistic financial plans, and servicing of existing financial plans – and support existing client relationships working alongside the Senior and Lead Advisors on your respective Diamond Team. You will be the quarterback for the team internally to ensure execution happens. You may also work collaboratively with external professionals on legal and tax planning to drive plan execution. You will help create and implement holistic financial plans and build lasting client relationships for an elevated client service experience.

- You will fully participate in and provide points of view as part of the firm’s investment committee.

- You will build meaningful relationships with new and existing community members in the Tolland and Windham County markets and beyond. This may include attending social events, business networking events and connecting with key Centers of Influence (COIs).

Qualifications for this role include:

- BA or BS in business; advanced degree/designation a plus (e.g., MBA, CPA) (3.0 grade point average required)

- Prior certification or willingness to enroll in CFP® certification program

- SIE required

- 2 years of industry experience and worked directly with clients

- Knowledge and communication of financial planning concepts and terminology with ability to expand and growth in this area

- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft365, Right Capital, Money Guide Elite, Asana, CRM Systems, Argus, Broadridge Forefield Advisor, Morningstar® Advisor Workstation, Holistiplan

- Demonstrated growth in current or past roles

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
