Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide general IT support to the Wi-Tronix organization in support of internal customers and indirectly in support of external customers
CORE FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Helpdesk/User Support (75%)
- Use ticketing and other administrative systems to track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources through completion.
- Onboarding / Offboarding via AD, O365 and Intune (Provision and de-provision access with the correct security)
- Imaging using SCCM / Autopilot
- Support employee mobile phones and applications
- Support MFA and VPN’s
- Install, maintain, support, and upgrade desktops/laptops/Printers
- Troubleshooting Windows OS and application issues
Server and software setup and maintenance (15%)
- Patch windows systems and ancillary software as required
- On Call periodically
Special Projects (10%)
- Company meeting support (set up, technology facilitation)
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ IT helpdesk/Desktop support experience
- 2 years’ of ticketing software experience
- 2 years' of Windows OS imaging, OS configuration and troubleshooting OS issues
- 2 years' of Microsoft Office products (O365) installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- 2 years supporting meetings and conference room connectivity devices
- 2 years of Active Directory experience creating, managing, and administering User, Computer, and security group accounts
- Microsoft O365 Administration experience preferred (Teams, Intune, OneDrive, Exchange, and user administration within the Azure)
- VMware experience preferred, Windows server experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working conditions as found in a typical office location
- Ability to travel as needed
The anticipated salary range for this position is $54,800 to $69,900 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
