Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide general IT support to the Wi-Tronix organization in support of internal customers and indirectly in support of external customers
CORE FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Manage helpdesk (75%)
- Use ticketing and other administrative systems to track, route and redirect problems to correct resources through completion
- Support employee mobile phone and applications
- Provision and de-provision access with the correct security
- Install, maintain, support and upgrade desktops/laptops
Server and software setup and maintenance (15%)
- Patch servers and ancillary software as required
- On Call periodically
Special Projects (10%)
- Company meeting support (set up, technology facilitation)
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ IT helpdesk experience
- 3 years’ of ticketing software experience
- VMware experience preferred, Windows server experience preferred
- Microsoft O365, active directory, Patch my PC, Intune, and SCCM (maintain, deploy, patch, and manage Microsoft Windows laptops)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working conditions as found in a typical office location
- Ability to travel as needed
The anticipated salary range for this position is $54,800 to $69,900 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
