Status: Seasonal, Part time, Non-Exempt
Responsibility: Medium level of supervision needed. Medium level of operational decision making.
Reports to: Tennis Shop Manager and Director of Racquets
Supervises: N/A

- Experience - Previous customer service experience preferred.
Effort: Medium – Walk and stand for extended periods of time. Bend, reach, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions: Level 2 – Mostly indoors, air conditioning, variable schedule based on business demands.
Duties: Tennis Shop Attendant will work closely with the Tennis Shop Manager to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the tennis shop and ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the tennis program.
- Enthusiastically greet members and assist them with court times, lesson booking, clinic sign ups, and retail needs
- Assist Tennis Shop Manager with daily billing
- Keep the shop and tennis facilities clean and tidy throughout the day
- Notify tennis professionals when a lesson/clinic is booked
- Restock the fridge/freezer and shop inventory as needed
- Assist the Tennis Shop Manager with answering the phone and recording any messages.
- Report back to the Tennis Shop Manager and Director of Racquets at the end of the day with a daily report
- Close the shop and facilities after all members have left for the evening when needed
- Other tasks as assigned
