We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual to join our team and assist in the planning and execution of exciting events and marketing initiatives at Wicked Willy’s. In this role, you will support the event planning process from start to finish, while also contributing to marketing and administrative tasks that help bring our brand to life.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of various events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth event operations.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate on creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content that supports Wicked Willy's events and brand initiatives.
- Campaign and Strategy Support: Contribute to the brainstorming and implementation of marketing campaigns that promote Wicked Willy's offerings and events.
- Social Media Management: Help create and post daily content across social media platforms to promote events, specials, and brand updates, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with our brand voice.
- Research: Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and opportunities to enhance event attendance and brand engagement.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Graphic Design: Help create visually appealing content for marketing and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our brand's identity.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Art, Theatre, Performance, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Canva and social media platforms, with a passion for creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry, event planning, and marketing.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
