The Melbourne Office of Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford, P.A is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
- Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license/in good standing to practice law.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
