Wickham Tractor Co. is offering an excellent opportunity for a Sales Professional based at our Fort Morgan location, with a focus on the Powersports Division.
This is a commission-based position with high financial earnings opportunities. Base salary option available in addition to the commission at the start of employment.

The Ideal Candidate will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of current and potential clients through effective customer service and account management.
- Negotiate and close deals with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Consistently deliver superior customer service.
- Lead with professionalism.
- Have highly developed organizational skills.
- Provide excellent follow-up skills and be deadline driven.
- Exhibit advanced and strong teamwork.

- Be proficient in product knowledge and equipment in order to excel in sales.
Education & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the Powersports or Automotive Industry.
- Be proficient in computer and office software skills.
- A valid driver’s license and insurability on the company insurance plan are required.
Compensation:
- $65,000 to $150,000 annual earning potential (training base salary and commissions).
