- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and expectations.
- Develop, track, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve goals efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labor, and equipment needs.
- Review project specifications to create accurate and competitive bids.
- Work closely with internal teams to evaluate proposals and finalize contracts.
- Oversee construction crews to maintain adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans and regulations.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all project work meets D.O.T. regulations and guidelines.
- Stay updated on relevant codes, policies, and procedures.
- Foster productive relationships with D.O.T. representatives and other key stakeholders.
