Wieland is hiring a Customer Care & Logistics Specialist. The Logistics and Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for running the complete logistics system of the company, while also being the day-to-day front-line contact with customers.

This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site

Responsibilities

Customer Care & Logistics Specialist Responsibilities:

    Operative support to the creation of a comprehensive logistics system.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports from parent company.
  • Seeks resolution to issues relating to incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepares and arranges for freight pickups which can include repackaging, handling of products, preparation of packing lists.
  • Processes orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately loads into company`s system.
  • Communicates to customer acknowledgement of the order.
  • Answers and addresses customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
  • Maintains up-to-date customer profiles in company`s system.
  • Prepares and sends invoices in a timely fashion.
  • Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.

Customer Care & Logistics Specialist Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in logistics with international network, preferably with customer service.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.
  • Ability to form positive relationships with internal & external customers.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
  • Italian language knowledge a plus.
