Wieland is hiring a Logistics and Customer Care Specialist . The Logistics and Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for running the complete logistics system of the company, while also being the day-to-day front-line contact with customers.
This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site
Responsibilities
Logistics and Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities :
Operative support to the creation of a comprehensive logistics system.
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports from parent company.
- Seeks resolution to issues relating to incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepares and arranges for freight pickups which can include repackaging, handling of products, preparation of packing lists.
- Processes orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately loads into company`s system.
- Communicates to customer acknowledgement of the order.
- Answers and addresses customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
- Maintains up-to-date customer profiles in company`s system.
- Prepares and sends invoices in a timely fashion.
- Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.
