The Regional Service Director leads at $15M business unit with operations in Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana, that maintains and repairs commercial vehicles and associated equipment. The RSD is responsible for building and leading Service Center teams that deliver the brand promises to our customers. The Regional Service Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the president and directly influences company policies and procedures.

Qualification Profile
This role requires the individual to have 5 years of experience with commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
- 4 years as a Service Manager at either a dealership or independent
- Strong technical experience - prefer former technician
- Preference given to individuals with Class A or B CDL
- Lead and direct business unit responsible for delivering year over year growth.
- Ensure consistent process execution at all locations.
- Deliver financial results consistent with assigned targets.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent that live the values and deliver the brand promises.
- Ensure that all facility, vehicles, and staff are in compliance with company standards.
