The Regional Mobile Service Director is responsible for developing and leading our growing fleet of mobile technicians. The RMSD is responsible for ensuring that our team of mobile technicians deliver the highest quality of maintenance on commercial vehicles and associated equipment. The Regional Mobile Service Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the president and directly influences company policies and procedures.

Qualification Profile
This role requires the individual to have:
- 5 years of experience recruiting, hiring, training, and leading mobile technicians in multiple markets.
- 4 years as a successful Service Manager at either a dealership or independent
- Strong technical experience - prefer former technician
- Preference given to individuals with Class A or B CDL
- Preference provided to those with post high school formal education
