About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director for Litigation Services to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with lawyers and the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve our reputation as a leading law firm.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing internal and external resources, and providing support to our practice groups. You will also identify opportunities for thought leadership and collaborate with our lawyers to develop compelling content.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing plans and track progress.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with lawyers to develop thought leadership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and content.
- Organize events, seminars, and webinars, and coordinate cross-practice efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development in a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
