Job Description
The Assistant Director of Marketing and Business Development-Litigation plays a critical role in driving business growth and improving our reputation as a leading law firm. This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional marketing and business development skills, who can work effectively with our lawyers and marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing internal and external resources, and providing support to our practice groups. You will also identify opportunities for thought leadership and collaborate with our lawyers to develop compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing plans and track progress.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with lawyers to develop thought leadership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and content.
- Organize events, seminars, and webinars, and coordinate cross-practice efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development in a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
