ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain project document control
- Review and process submittals, RFI's, and change requests
- Track material lead time and fabrication status
- Facilitate closeout document collection
- Assign punchlist to subcontractors and track completion
- Take daily progress photos and record construction activities
- Assist the team with subcontractor coordination and communication
- Prepare daily reports, site safety programs, inspections and observation tracking
- Assist with change order requests and time and material tracking
- Support the project bid and award process
- Assist in facilitating project meetings
- Various project tasks as required
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS :
Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
