We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site / Civil Engineer with 4-8 years of related professional experience to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, a passion for technical design, and a keen interest in integrated design and delivery processes. The position will work closely with senior engineers and other team members to deliver high-quality projects that meet client goals and adhere to the firm's standards. Potential candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for high quality design and collaborative processes. This position requires understanding of all project phases including schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction contract administration.
Technical Responsibilities :
- Utilization of Autodesk Civil 3D for design and documentation.
- Establishment of project design criteria, procedures and processes.
- Perform civil and site engineering analysis for site plans, site layout, utilities, stormwater management, green infrastructure, earthwork, grading, erosion control under the guidance of a senior engineer.
- Preparation of due diligence / site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention / retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.
- Preparation of permit applications for applicable jurisdictional agencies.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
