Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet clients and new business prospects
- Take quote information and present competitive options
- Service policies, requests and inquires
- Utilize agency tools and keep them clean and up-to-date
- Maintain client records
- Process new business applications
- Answer product and billing questions
- Resolve clients’ concerns and issues
- Assist in policy rewrites, non-renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinate and communicate with insurance company underwriting, billing, and customer service departments
- Account management
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficient computer skills and touch typing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: Starting at $40,000.00 per year
