What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Technician position at Wiilcom BTS?
Wiilcom Business Technology Solutions, a local technology company is seeking a candidate that is eager to become a long term member of our team. We currently have a position as a Field Service Technician. Applicant will travel in a company provided vehicle to multiple client sites to service their business technology needs. General hours are from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Applicant must have proven experience in the following.
Communicating with clients via onsite, phone, or remotely to assist and with desktop support to include:
Providing the highest possible customer service level to our clients
Candidate must be able to function without supervision
Good driving record
Installing software/hardware
Assist in training end users
Ability to diagnose and repair networks and the associated devices
Support Windows Server Operating System environments
Microsoft O365 installation and support
Familiarity with hosted solutions and backup products
We pride ourselves on making sure our customers have the best service experience possible. Must have at least two years experience working with technology in business environments. Candidates must be able to strategically troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to make sure customer issues are resolved timely and professionally.
