Operations Execution Coordinator (OEC)
Reports to: VP of Operations
Location: Any of our Wil Fischer locations
Hours: Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salary Goal Based Pay
Job Description:
Overview / Objective:
To coordinate the core Operations Programs of Wil Fischer Companies through tracking of operations annual business plans, tracking of SAMSARA data, and overall support of each of the Operations Leaders to drive Company safety and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
Track and maintain SAMSARA data for all locations.
Review operations data and make efficiency recommendations to operations leaders when identified.
Ensure compliance of all operation processes per suppliers and all Federal, State, & Local requirements.
Create slides for operations data for meetings.
Maintain and track fuel usage for all branches including IFTA reporting, paying IFTA taxes, importing data into multiple company systems.
Maintain all vehicle data including communicating renewal of licenses and vehicle maintenance.
Report all operational data including but not limited to overtime hours, cases pulled by hour in the warehouse, and mileage driven per week.
Generate 48-hour routing, 24-hour routing, and dynamic routing for all Wil Fischer Branches when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED and Bachelor’s degree
2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industry preferred.
Good skills: verbal/written communication, customer service
Proficient: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
