Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:
Conducts on-site customer visits.
Replace filters and breathers at customer sites.
Ensures lubricants are compatible with the machine, process fluids in work environment and performs common lubrication tasks.
Troubleshooting, failure analysis, and problem solving of lubrication related equipment failures.
Contamination control, collection, and disposal of used/waste oil.
Ordering, receiving, distributing, and storing parts, conducting regular inventory counts.
Collects, labels, and ships oil samples followed by communication with the oil analysis laboratory.
Supplies management with verbal and written reports (CRM) on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Performs other duties as assigned.
Reviews and interprets engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures.
Performs lube and fuel filtration as needed.
Works alongside Reliability Technician III to perform advanced installations, repairs, and inspections. Such as installing auto lube equipment and filtration units. Building and dismantling pipe flanges, gaskets, and hoses. Inspecting equipment, filters, and lubricants to recommend preventative maintenance.
Continuously collaborates with and learns from fellow Reliability team members to develop skills in installation, fabrication, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
Provide customer support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and following up to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.
Some overnight travel is required.

This position has been designated as a Safety Sensitive Position. This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing, as well as random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing. The results of this testing will be a condition of employment.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of working with heavy or industrial equipment and/or lube related products.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Background in petroleum or relevant industry
Experience in industrial maintenance
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations (note if Required or Preferred):
MLA, MLT preferred (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire).
Unencumbered driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Equipment and Software Requirements:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred
Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Proficiency using virtual collaboration software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Monday Board).
