Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to support the daily workflow within the graphics department by assisting the Producer team in managing workflow and properly tracking projects against deadlines. This position will work with Producers to define motion graphics needs, organizing schedules, assigning tasks, preparing graphics requests / work order and streamlining workflow. They are self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, thorough and able to juggle many tasks and responsibilities at once with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a very demanding position that requires someone who is an effective communicator, positive thinker and is able to show good judgment and initiative in a fast-paced environment. Typical projects include theatrical teasers, trailers and TV spots, as well as network promos.
