Bread Manager

Wild Crumb is in search of a new team leader! We are looking for a dedicated, creative and focused leader who has a passion for all things bread to manage our bread production and amazing crew. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work early am shifts (1am).

The bread manager will oversee the bread production team, currently 10 employees. They will maintain a weekly production schedule, quality control, and consistency in all food products. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills. The bread manager has the support of the bread lead position to aid in training and quality control.

Looking to start training ASAP.

Responsibilities include:
-Monthly Scheduling
-Hiring/training/firing
-Staff reviews, 3 month and annual
-Maintain/update weekly production schedule including retail and 3 wholesale accounts
-Maintain consistent communication amongst team members
-Create menus and maintain recipes for holidays and specials
-Manage retail shelf: packaging specifications and pull dates
-Quality control
-Communication with other department managers, including the kitchen manager and GM, to run a smooth and tidy kitchen
-Implement store policies
-ServSafe certified
-5 years management experience preferred
-Encourage a fun and welcoming work environment
