Wild Dunes Resort seeks an experienced and highly skilled Executive Steward to join its team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the resort's culinary and food & beverage departments.
The Executive Steward will oversee daily stewarding operations, supervise and train staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily stewarding operations, manage staff, and maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment, and ensure regular inspections of equipment to prevent malfunctions.
The successful candidate will work closely with culinary leadership to implement waste reduction initiatives and sustainability programs, contributing to the resort's commitment to environmental responsibility.
