Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various landscaping tasks and possess mechanical knowledge to assist with landscape maintenance and garden upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardscape and softscape installations
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain the desired shape and size
- Mow lawns and perform lawn care duties as needed
- Utilize power tools to build and maintain landscapes
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and watering
- Refer and obtain at least 2-new customers, per month.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- Hardscape installation
- Tree trimming and shrub pruning techniques
- Lawn mowing and general lawn care practices
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining power tools
- Ability to build structures using various materials
- Experience with landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and watering
This positions starts as part-time "during probationary period" and moves to a full-time position. Full-Time and pay increase is based on performance during the probationary period.
