Server/Waiter

Job Summary
Wild Wing Cafe is seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's order system.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to answer guest inquiries effectively.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with an emphasis on upselling techniques.
• Proficient math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently while providing outstanding service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
