Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining food production machinery, ensuring adherence to quality specifications, and optimizing production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality specifications throughout the production process.
- Adjust scales to ensure accurate measurements and packaging.
- Complete shift production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform equipment and scale setup as needed.
- Implement waste reduction initiatives to improve efficiency and minimize losses.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Proficiency in equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
