This hands-on marketing position is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies that are aligned with PSG's objectives and goals for all PSG brands. Marketing strategies and tactics will be focused on improving our customer experience, growing our business, increasing awareness, generating leads, and supporting other business objectives as assigned. The Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for the creation, development, and management of content and social media posts, to ensure alignment with our commercial strategies and brand standards.This role will engage with internal stakeholders (multiple facilities and disciplines such as marketing, product management, engineering, sales, business development, legal, IT, and executive management) and external stakeholders (marketing agencies, tradeshow and event hosts, consultants, customers, partners, buying influences, etc). The Marketing & Social Media Manager will also be responsible for the stewardship and management of the marketing budget associated with assigned areas of responsibility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Strategize and Plan (tied to overall company strategy and business objectives)Create and Maintain Social Media CalendarProduce Content Write postsCreate GraphicsProduce / Edit Videos, Photos, WebinarsShare assets that resonate with target audience (e.g. White paper, case study, photos...)Post in accordance with calendar, or repost as neededSocial Listening and responseSet KPIs, and ROI, Measure, Analyze, Report, Recommend, and AdjustOther communication duties as assigned : e.g. blogs, press releases, corporate communicationsCollaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Legal, Dover Corporate, AgencyManage Content Library and AssetsCreate and adhere to brand standards, templates, and standard workCollaborate with and direct the work of external marketing agencies and partnersExecute External & Internal communicationsManage Marketing Budget, Content Calendar, and demonstrate the ROI of marketing programsAll other duties assignedExperience : 3 years experience in Marketing and Social Media ManagementEstablished Portfolio to exhibit skills and successWorking knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (such as HubSpot or Marketo), CMS Platforms (such as Sitefinity or Adobe Experience Manager), and other online tools (such as Google Analytics, Google PPC, SEMrush, etc...)Expertise in using Social Media Tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc...Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, including copywriting skillsExperience in marketing through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Youtube, etc..Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating and working successfully with multiple stakeholders and teamsExpertise in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Experience in content creation (e.g. infographics, animated .gif, video editing)Qualifications / Requirements : Education : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Language skills : Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Mastery in other languages such as German and / or French is a plus.Domestic and international travel up to 20�sired Characteristics : Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator)Strong Understanding of CRM Platforms, such as SalesForce, is desirableStrong understanding of SEO (i.e. organic methods) and SEM (i.e. paid methods) including its relationship to content creation / management, key word management, competitive positioning, and desired resultsExperience working with PIM tools and platforms is desirableChannel management and marketing experienceAbility to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to stay current on new marketing methodologies and technologiesImpeccable organization and efficiency skills; strong attention to detailSelf-sufficient and self-motivated, works with little supervision.Experience working with an integrated B2B marketing and communications agencyMarketing to decision makers in B2B industries is desiredWork Arrangement : OnsiteSalary Range : $101,000.00 - $128,000.00We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position's responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, a candidate's education / training, the position's location, and the key skills needed for the position.
