- Line experience at a high volume restaurant

- Understanding of general cooking techniques, food handling, and preparation
- The ability to collaborate with teammates
- The ability to stay organized and multitask
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Report directly to Sous Chefs and Executive Chef
- Interact professionally with your teammates
- Manage daily prep lists
- Keep dry storage and walk-ins clean and organized
- Working service
- Keep up standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness
- Keep your station and uniform is clean and working order
- Open or Close your station to the highest standard
- Additional responsibilities as directed
- Contributions to a family meal
- Occasional heavy lifting
- Deep cleaning
