Duties

- Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Monitor workflow in the restaurant, ensuring timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant environment in service management.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant environment processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to transmit information clearly to staff and customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Food Handlers and TABC is required.
